Electrical Installer
Electrical Installers assist with equipment installation, trial runs, investigative tests, repairs, and overhauls of building automation systems, fire alarm, or security systems. Activities include installation and check\-out of electric and electronic components, conduit, wire, and cable while keeping records and documentation. This position will also provide on\-site product and service training to the customer. Why is this so important? Our Electrical Installers ensure safe, efficient, and reliable electrical systems that underpin Siemens's operations, safety, and success.
Responsibilities and learning opportunities include but are not limited to:
Install conduit, wire, cable, and devices including panels, sensors, and components for a range of systems, ensuring their proper integration
Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections
Perform wiring check\-out and assist with system start\-up
Disconnect and dismantle electric\/electronic instruments, panels, sensor, etc.
Troubleshoot wiring issues

Basic Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience and\/or applied knowledge\/aptitude in the following:

YOUR LIFE AS AN EXPERIENCED HVAC APPRENTICE
This apprenticeship typically works Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
In this heating and air conditioning apprenticeship, you provide key field support as you help complete our repair and maintenance services as well as installations. You work alongside our experienced techs, learning the ins and outs of the job and growing your skills. Every day is different as you clean, repair, and replace residential and commercial equipment for our clients. You assist our techs however possible, taking the time to familiarize yourself with equipment and proper procedures.
