Key Responsibilities Assist with installing electrical conduit, wire, fixtures, and equipment under supervision. Pull wire, terminate devices, and help with basic panel work as directed. Use hand and power tools safely (drills, benders, saws, meters, etc.). Help read and follow basic plans, schematics, and work instructions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite; follow all OSHA and company safety rules. Load/unload materials, stage tools, and support the crew with daily job tasks. Communicate progress and issues to the Foreman/Journeyman and ask questions to learn. Participate in apprenticeship schooling/training and complete required hours/documentation. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Enrollment in (or willingness to enroll in) an approved apprenticeship program preferred. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn electrical concepts. Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and show up reliably. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for the jobsite). Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background/drug test) as applicable. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders, and perform physical labor in varying weather/site conditions. OSHA 10 (preferred) or willingness to obtain within a set timeframe. General Summary: The Foreman will support the Superintendent or Project Manager in the oversight of the operations and field personnel responsible for the installation, additions, and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials/equipment for the assigned job. The Foreman functions as a crew leader or team lead on Job Project tasks or on smaller jobs. Preferred Job Skills: Strong commercial and industrial electrical background. Bilingual in Spanish and English, preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills utilizing sophisticated test equipment (DMM, Megger, PQM, UCT, IR Camera, etc.).
