Responsibilities: * Assist with HVAC service and installations including testing equipment, mounting equipment, performing diagnosis, adjusting refrigerant, and wiring controls. * Collaborate with HVAC Service Technicians to run service and installation jobs. * Assist in replacing, repairing and installing HVAC and refrigeration units. * Power wash HVAC equipment units. * Run performance maintenance calls. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent and enrolled in Apprenticeship program. * Ability to communicate with internal team and customers. * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. * Ability to use hand and power tools. Work Environment This job operates primarily alone on HVAC and boiler equipment in all environments, which includes extreme cold or heat depending on the time of year.
