Our Residential Service Technician is able to estimate, sell and upsell products that our customers need and can overcome objections professionally. They have an optimistic attitude, is a great team member, takes ownership. They are very good at troubleshooting existing homes, service and repairs. Our Residential Service Technician is able to lift 75 lbs and able to physically get into attics and under houses. They must be able to explain electrical problems and solutions in layman's terms and make sure the job is completely cleaned up before leaving ANY job. They keep their van well stocked and organized to Maine Electric standards. Our Residential Service Technicians are able to work long hours, averaging 50-60 a week, some weekends and be on call rotating basis. They are on time with a clean and pressed uniform, shoes shined, and clean shaven. They participate in daily technician role-playing, verbal and written training for ongoing excellence. They must have a current California Driver's License, clean driving record and are able to pass a California background and drug test.
