Shift: M-F 7am - 4pm with rotational On-call OT
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Working on less than 600 volts
Preventative maintenance
Modifying/creating circuits
Overseeing outside vendors
Help with general maintenance
Completing work orders
Responsible for safety and well-being for the team
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus a minimum of five to seven years experience as a licensed electrician.
Completion a formal apprenticeship program preferred.
Prior experience with DDC and EMS preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
Master Electrician license as dictated by local electrical codes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
Ability to effectively present information.
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles and to understand operating budgets.
Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities and Duties
Install, maintain, repair and replace fixtures & fans.
Install and wire televisions.
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair electrical issues.
Upgrade and install panels.
Installation of electric vehicle chargers.
Run new circuits for homeowner's needs.
Identify materials and quantities needed for repairs and new projects.
Drive a company-provided vehicle on pre-determined daily route.
Use a mobile application to take customer notes, track time on job and provide final invoice to customer.
Provide exceptional customer service at all times while taking the time to converse with the customer on the job and explain the work that is being performed.
Maintain vehicle and equipment via daily equipment and vehicle checks before/after each day.

Qualifications and Skills
