We are looking for dependable and self-motivated individuals to join our install team. We primarily perform residential solar installations. Some electrical experience is required (doesn't have to be solar experience), we provide all the training and tools for you to succeed. This position is entry-level with ample room to advance. It is essential that you have good coordination, basic knowledge of tools, and are able to work outdoors. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $19-$20.00 per hour
**Responsibilities**
* Upgrade and/or replace main service electrical panels for residential homes
* Interconnect solar PV systems into new main service panels
* Ensure projects meet NEC, state, and local standards on all jobs
* Properly document job completion and relay information back to the main office
**Qualifications**
* Must have some hands-on electrical experience
* Must have a good driving record, no DUI's or Suspensions
* Must maintain a professional appearance and good communication skills
* Regular and reliable attendance
