It is the position that gets people in the door of the Service Department. As a Route Service Apprentice, you will begin by riding with every single Route Service Representative at your location. From that, you will be able to pick up what makes each Route Service Representative great in their own personalized way. You will also have multiple mentors you can lean on to learn the basics of how things flow and work in Service Department.
