    The Apprentice will work alongside licensed technicians to learn the ins and outs of working on HVAC equipment and expand the skill set. Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following: * Assist licensed technicians with installing, maintaining, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and boiler systems. * Assist with service and installations including testing equipment, mounting equipment, performing diagnosis, adjusting refrigerant and wiring controls. * Assist techs, however possible, taking the time to get familiar with equipment and proper procedures. * Maintain a clean work environment, gathering all tools and materials at the end of the day. Required Education & Experience: * Diploma from a technical High School. * Valid Driver's License. * Minimum of an OSHA 10 certification. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with varied audiences, e.g., project managers.
