Responsibilities:
Assisting with solar panel installations on roof and ground mounted systems
Assisting the electrician with wiring, maintaining and troubleshooting residential solar systems
Construction experience including roofing and framing is a plus
Prior electrical experience is not required. Candidates will be given the potential to earn a sponsored electricianapprenticeship.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills required (Must have the communication skills necessary to confidently interact with customers, both over the phone and in person.)
Thrive in a team environment.
Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required.
Must be comfortable climbing on roofs from a ladder.
Must be comfortable crawling in attics.

This role in summary
Position provides functional support to install and maintain electrical work on plant electrical systems and equipment. Responsible for work on substation, wiring circuits, distribution centers, control panels, electronic devices, etc. Work hours consist of a rotating 10-hr shift with 8 days on, 6 days off. This may require presence at facility during night shifts, weekends and holidays. This is a Safety Sensitive position. Employees in this classification will be included on the list of employees who may be randomly screened under our Substance Abuse policy.

Your responsibilities will include
Install and maintain electrical work on plant electrical systems and equipment with minimum supervision, using a broad knowledge of applied trade practices and technique.
The use of ladders, raised platforms, caged lifts, and manual climbing on equipment at various heights up to and including 25 feet is required.
Plan, layout and install complex wiring circuits and distribution centers in conformance with established codes, install switches and controls, central subsidiary control panels, electronic devices and all other duties incidental to installation.
Maintain substation; diagnose and remedy all electrical, electronic and mechanical troubles.
Work from wiring, hydraulic, pneumatic schematic drawings and code book.
Use all electrical measuring and testing devices.
May direct and layout work for electricians of lower classification.
Minimum requirements
* State of WIsconsin license is required
* All license electricians from another state without a WI license must show proof of reciprocity between the state they are license in and WI
* Candidates with electrical experience without a WI license must acquire a license within six months of the first date of employment.

This technician performs field activities associated with supporting the installation, maintenance, and servicing of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems
Assist with on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration after installation
Uses technical abilities to maintain systems
Works in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction
Must work in a safe manner on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times
Flexibility to work overtime, on-call, and weekends required
Technicians install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on commercial and residential rooftop HVAC units
Work at heights
Load and unload tools/equipment from the work van
Other HVAC duties as required
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
Transport necessary equipment and tools to each job site
Lifting occasionally up to 75lbs
Lifting to shoulder and overhead occasionally up to 25 lbs
Push/pull wheeled cart up to 150 lbs
Ability to climb a ladder up to roof height
Technical aptitude to perform maintenance, service, and troubleshoot equipment
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Good Electrical and Mechanical Diagnostic Skills
Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork
Ability to work independently and as part of a team as necessary

The Battery Technology Engineer I will collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams globally to design, build, and qualify innovative battery solutions - revolving around best-in-class Li-Ion cells, battery management systems, and a commitment to high-performance & compatibility with every platform tool. You will join a team of passionate electronic, firmware, mechanical and IoT engineers to deliver the next Milwaukee Tool breakthroughs.
You'll also be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
Design, prototype, test and troubleshoot battery systems including both hardware and firmware.
Create test plans for components and assemblies within the scope of the project and organization.
Use laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, e-loads and data acquisition systems.
Track projects to ensure adherence to schedule and the Milwaukee process.
Draw concise, logical, written conclusions from experiments based on data analysis.
Schedule, develop agendas for, facilitate and document technical meetings and formal presentations.
Develop and maintain familiarity and understanding of Milwaukee's development and manufacturing processes.
Work with and establish trusting relationships with engineers throughout Asia and the world.
Design to and qualify new designs to applicable regulatory standards such as UL, CEC, CE and ANSI.
What TOOLS you'll bring with you:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Understanding of Li-Ion or other cell chemistries; battery system design, architecture, testing, or integration.
Ability to work well within cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and manage time/task delegation efficiently.
Familiarity with operating various lab equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, and e-loads.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Power Point.
Excellent problem-solving skills, exercises independent judgement and performs consistently under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Ability to travel 10% of the time (domestic and international).

Position Summary:
Ensure the continued functioning of electrical equipment by its proper installation, maintenance, and repair. Work as part of a team to improve plant reliability and efficiency. Daily communication with the Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Planner to improve plant reliability.
Responsibilities:
Installs, troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, and demos the electrical parts of industrial equipment and facilities
Provide safe, reliable and efficient operation by observing the local, state, and national
electrical-code regulations that pertain to the work being done
Log time and material usage into CMMS for PMs and corrective maintenance
Assists in supporting the company's preventative maintenance program
Maintain proper housekeeping in all areas
Assist in other areas of plant maintenance as required
All other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
Licensed Journeyman, preferred
Installing and repairing electrical components such as electrical panels, breakers, wiring systems, and controls
Bending and installing conduit
Pulling wire for installs
Installing an array of fixtures
Threading and installing hanging anchors
Cleaning circuit boards and contacts
Willing to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lift heavy objects, climbing ladders, crawling, etc.
Electrical troubleshooting knowledge
Ability to understand schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents
Knowledgeable in pertinent electrical codes and regulations
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers at all levels
Must exemplify the ability to work with minimal supervision. Self-motivated.
Ability to demonstrate self-reliance in all aspects of maintenance
Excellent customer service skills such as problem solving, timeliness, and follow-up- required
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to enhance PM and PDM maintenance strategies
