Provide operations & maintenance with industry best practices that drive equipment operational reliability and minimize unplanned downtime. Manage project implementation and complete projects on time and on-budget. Collaborate with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, controls) to support project integration. Utilize equipment predictive data analysis to enhance equipment performance and recommend outage schedules for performing preventative maintenance. Develop electrical schematics and drawings to guide installation and maintenance of hydro-electric equipment and systems. What skills and experience you'll need: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a minimum of four years' work experience in a related field. Travel as required for project supervision and execution (~30%). Strong understanding of power systems, including generation, transmission, and distribution. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other disciplines. Experience with industrial electrical systems and maintenance practices. The ability to perform operational tasks which may include: The ability to climb ladders and to work at heights on or near water.
