Electrical assistant job description

The Assistant Electrical HTT Technician assists in performing Electrical Heat treatment for the use of heating normally to extreme temperatures, to achieve a desired result such as hardening or softening of a material. This position assists with heat treatment jobs on a variety of components in the refining, petrochemical, power and construction industries. Also, assists in performing various heat treatment jobs ranging from small to medium size electrical projects and may include other Heat Treat Methods. This position provides assistance to senior technicians in the performance of Heat Treat Services to a diverse client base conditions.
Essential Job Functions
Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concern Performs all duties as assigned and adheres to TEAM's Core Values and 7 Critical Choices.Assists the work of senior Technicians assigned to project and performing heat treatment duties.Assists with the set up and completion of heat treatment jobs.Conducts job walks with certified technicians and communicates requirements.Interfaces with clients and co-workers.Ensures jobs are completed in a timely manner and according to schedule.May assist Account and Operations Mangers with quoting and scheduling projects.Assists Technician in set-up/tear-down of equipment; perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks, calibrations and overall equipment and facilities upkeep.Assists technicians in project execution and daily tasks associated with providing industrial maintenance services.Assists with proper documentation and reports of services provided.Learns and abides by heat treat procedures.
Job Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.Must possess valid Driver's License.Heat Treat experience preferred.Travel required.
Work Conditions
Position is based out of a branch or site location.Field duties require indoor and outdoor work in a plant atmosphere.Interaction with other crew employees, as well as supervisors and client personnel.Working in plant and/or shop areas around production machinery with extreme noise levels.Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection.May be at more than one job site in a day and must be able to tolerate climate changes.May be required to travel out of town on a periodic basis.

What you do

As a Global Innovation Product Manager (m/f/d) Electric Vehicle (EV)/ Roadside Assistance (RSA) you will rely on your deep knowledge of electric vehicle ecosystem, OEMs, insurance as well as strong product management and project management skills. You will lead the development of our EV value proposition in Assistance to position Allianz Partners as the leading provider of EV Assistance solutions to OEMs and insurance players while providing EV customers peace of mind at every stage of their journey.

The role covers all activities from a Product, Marketing and Innovation perspective (customer & market intelligence, strategic planning, product planning, go-to-market, sales enablement) with a worldwide geographical scope.

You will be in charge of:

* Developing tomorrow's new offers by identifying new EV products, building deployment kits for countries to implement locally as well as ensuring targets are met for each product newly developed
* Supporting the development of the global RSA EV value proposition, designing and steering the development/deployment of state-of-the-art new assistance related EV products to position Allianz Partners as a leading new mobility player
* Acting as an EV value proposition evangelist to transform concepts into successfully rolled out business models / products
* Evangelizing across Allianz Partners on the benefits brought by these new technology bricks and/or business models
* Working closely with all relevant functions and local business units to ensure global roll-out of EV value proposition to sustain Allianz Partners' positioning as a leading RSA provider worldwide
* Collaborating with Sales to understand B and C customer needs as well as identifying new distribution channels
* Driving the Market & Customer Intelligence for EV ecosystem, which will include Benchmarks, surveys, market intelligence specific to each countries to systematically identify new relevant tech and new EV related business models for Allianz Partners roadside assistance business
* Ensuring that the RSA EV value proposition is integrated / coherent with the wider EV value proposition of Allianz (Insurance OEs, Home line of business, Mobility line of business, etc.)

What you bring

* A good understanding of EV ecosystem, OEMs and insurance
* Market Management knowledge such as product development, distribution channels and sales
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Insurance or Engineering
* Extensive and proven international experience
* Ability to work in a complex environment
* Ability to communicate and conduct presentations
* Good knowledge of MS Office
