Primary Responsibilities
Delivery: Completing scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings in line with our three primary delivery methods:
Traditional - in-accommodation boot fitting and ski teching

Job Summary: The primary responsibilities for the Facilities Helper are to perform routine maintenance of the building interior and exterior, including performing building maintenance, painting, light mechanical repairs, grounds keeping, and assisting the maintenance department with building and machine maintenance and repair.
Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm M-F with overtime as needed

Work in a safe manner and recognize unsafe situations.
Take appropriate action to ensure safety of self and others in the building.
Perform trash removal services.
Assist with setup for special events.
Paint interior and exterior parts of building(s) as needed.
Change light bulbs, repair chairs, desks, and other various items.
Perform these and other duties as assigned by supervisor or other appropriate management personnel.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Three years minimum work experience in an industrial setting
Ability to operate mills, lathes, welders, and other pieces of equipment preferred
Good computer, math, and reading skills; must be able to read and interpret blueprints
Must be flexible and able to work any shift sometimes at short notice.
Detail-oriented, have good organizational skills, and the ability to multitask
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to stand for a long period of time and lift to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Ability to operate forklift and pallet jacks, scissor, and boom lifts

The Electronics Technician I applies basic technical knowledge to perform simple or routine tasks following detailed instructions, performs such tasks as replacing components, wiring circuits, repairing simple electronic equipment; and taking test readings using common instruments such as digital multi-meters, signal generators, semiconductor testers, curve tracers, and oscilloscopes. This person works under close supervision receiving technical guidance from supervisor or higher-level technician. Work is checked frequently for accuracy.
Essential Responsibilities:
Performs systems operations and maintenance. Applies technical knowledge to perform simple or routine tasks following detailed instructions. Performs such tasks as: replacing components and wiring circuits; repairing simple electronic equipment; and taking test readings using common instruments such as digital millimeters, signal generators, semiconductor testers, curve tracers, and oscilloscopes.
Operates system under supervision.
Receives technical guidance, as required, from supervisor or higher-level technician.
Work is checked for accuracy.

Requirements:

Two years of formal technical training may be substituted for two years of experience.

Must be a U.S. citizen.
