You will facilitate and drive STA methodology for Qualcomm using PT-SI, Tempus and best in class timing ECO tools . Work on timing sign off specification for different projects and support timing sign off for complex SOC's. Hands on contribution for STA timing sign off.
A timing Engineer should be able to understand all kind of intricate timing paths (digital, analog, mixed signal), timing constraints and provide solutions if required. Good understanding of RTL to GDS digital flow. Knowledge of DC/DCT/DCG/Genus/Oasis, ICC2/Fusion/Innovus/Aprisa, RedHawk/SeaHawk/Voltus is a plus.
You should have good execution knowledge.
Your contribution should improve timing convergence process across the company, design PPA, yield and support new advanced process technologies bring-up from pdk to vlsi design production.
You should have good programming skills Python, Perl, TCL, Unix shell , C/C++.
ML modeling experience is a plus

The ElectricalDesigner II will be a part of the PCB Design team and will play a role in the development of our power tool electronics. As a member of the PCB Design team you will utilize Altium design tools at an expert level. You will be challenged to expand your technical skills in PCB design and learn to communicate complex layout topics with Engineers and Sr. Designers.
You'll also be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
Work with Engineers & Senior ElectricalDesigners to design Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) for AC & DC circuits in new and existing products.
Proficiency in PCB layout tasks such as: definition of PCBA dimensions based on system design constraints, circuit block arrangement (floor-planning), power and ground plane creation, component placement, and routing of signal nets to minimize cost and maximize design for manufacturability, reliability, thermal management, and test (DFx).
Apply both general as well as project specific Design Rules and resolve DRC errors.
You will also learn to create & modify both general as well as project specific Design Rules and resolve DRC errors.
Prepare and present PCB designs for technical review in compliance with Milwaukee Design Processes.
Generate PCB document packages in compliance with Milwaukee standards.
Work closely with PCB vendors to source prototypes from our design files (either 1-up or panelized) if required.
Participate in component library maintenance including creation of component footprints, generation of schematic symbols, 3D models and entry of new parts in the Electronics CAD (ECAD) library.
Complete ECAD/MCAD file transfer & work with members of the mechanical design team to achieve excellence in system design and quality.
Complete selected IPC or other training to enhance your knowledge & design skillset.
Commit to successful completion of CID training
What TOOLS you'll bring with you:
Associate Degree in a technical discipline.
2+ years of applicable experience in PCBA design and assembly.
Experience in the use of professional level PCB CAD tools used for high volume PCB design, preferably Altium.
Basic understanding of electronics.

DESCRIPTION
Michael Baker International is seeking a Full-Time (40 hours/week) Summer 2026 ElectricalEngineering Intern student to support our electrical and lighting design services on a wide variety of transportation related projects. The selected hire will have the option to work remotely.
In this internship, you will become part of Michael Baker International's Transportation Department which includes highway, aviation, electrical, and traffic engineers. Our Pittsburgh staff also supports other offices throughout the country with specialized transportation engineeringdesign services.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter, with responsibilities that include production, design, and documentation for a broad range of project types. With a current focus on growing Design/Build, Federal, and Interstate project opportunities, along with market-driven diversification including Rail/Transit, Highway Interchange, and Bridges/Tunnels. You will work in multi-disciplinary, collaborative project design teams with Civil Engineers, Architects, and Systems Engineers. The intern must demonstrate creative problem-solving, initiative to learn new concepts, organizational skills, an ability to work in a team environment with licensed electrical and civil engineers, and a basic understanding of construction documents and constructability. You will also assist ElectricalEngineers with the development of electrical system designs including but not limited to interior and exterior lighting; circuiting; schedules; calculations; sizing of electrical equipment, conduit, wiring, generators, and transformers, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with the preparation of designs, design calculations, producing BIM models and construction drawings for electrical transportation-related projects for a variety of clients
Work closely with engineers and designers to complete design and/or analysis of the lighting needs on roadways, railways, trails, sidewalks and other transportation infrastructure projects
Research/investigate solutions and report findings
Assist in preparation of quantity calculations and construction cost estimates
Use design software to electronically apply engineering fundamentals in construction plan set preparation
Learn and understand the activities involved in assembling Electrical transportation project contract document
You may also assist other departments within the office on an as-needed basis.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Currently enrolled in and pursuing an Associates Degree in Drafting or a Bachelor's Degree in ElectricalEngineering at an accredited University or College; minimum of 2 years of coursework completed is desired.
College level engineering course in ElectricalEngineering is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with CAD software is a plus
COMPENSATION
The approximate compensation range for this position is $18 - $22 per hour. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
