Essential Functions:
Maintain Project Records during all phases of work.
Assemble and distribute submittals and O&M's.
Create and maintain RFI, CO, ASI and drawing logs.
Track Daily Reports.

Ensure punch list items are addressed.
Estimating Support:
Support estimating efforts as requested by Estimators.
Estimating support may include counting fixtures, obtaining quotes from subcontractors and equipment suppliers, and preparing final bids for submission to the customer.
Field Support:
Project Engineers may be located in the main office or on the job site.
When stationed on the job site, the Project Engineer will be responsible for maintaining drawings by incorporating changes and ensuring the correct information is distributed to the field staff.
Tracking documentation as described above may be performed in the office or on site.
Project Engineers support multiple projects when required.

The Project Engineer position is an entry level position in the Construction Industry. Experienced Project Engineers may have the opportunity to move into Project Manager roles as openings come available.
Qualifications and Education:

Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in all work areas and hold the team accountable for this.
Rigorous cost management. Avoid rework and unnecessary use of parts/services.
Provide technical advice and support to fellow Electrical Team members.
Ensure workmanship through meeting standards and tolerances and testing of equipment prior to handover.
Attend weekly scheduling/planning 721 meeting with NSMS Mining Department and NSR Tech Services.
Follow the 721-mining plan, plan jobs effectively and efficiently, gather all materials required and direct team to complete tasks in a safe and timely matter.
Ensure installation of underground electrical reticulation and infrastructure is completed to a high standard and all required testing and documentation are complete.
Conduct daily handover with incoming/outgoing Leading Hand.
Liaise with Electrical Supervisor regarding planned work for each shift, including daily priorities, relevant documentation and updates throughout the shift.
Host daily line-out and 5-STARR meeting.
Liaise with Underground Shift Supervisors regarding underground machine, electrical infrastructure breakdowns/power outages and other plans for the upcoming shift.
Delegate unplanned work as it arises.
Create work orders for unplanned/additional work and generate pick slips as required.
Review all documentation prior to submission to Underground Electrical Supervisor.
Record and report on equipment downtime for planned and unplanned work.
Develop a succession plan for roles within the team.
Ensure all safety related activities are completed in accordance with Company policy such as Hazard IDs, pre-start checks, pre-start meetings, and incident reporting as required.
Complete monthly scheduled compliance work to a high standard.

The Details:
Working a 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off rotational schedule, up to 12 hours a day or more at a remote campsite. Extreme conditions, including but not limited to extreme and changing weather conditions, dust, mud, varying levels of noise, varying degrees of light and dark, in and around artificial light and in a confined work area.
Employees are required to stay on site at the company provided camp during the work rotation. Camp facilities provide dining service, games room, exercise & weight room, sauna, and accommodation rooms. Dormitory rooms have a land line phone, great Wi-Fi & cable TV. Cell service is available through Wi-Fi. The Company provides a bus service to and from Fairbanks, Delta Junction and Tok, Alaska.

Join a leading team supporting high-voltage substation projects across transmission, distribution, and generation environments. We're looking for Protection & Control Field Testing Engineers at all experience levels to perform hands-on testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and documentation of critical P&C systems. Candidates should expect five 10-hour workdays per week.
What You'll Do:
Test and commission P&C systems on high-voltage substations (15 kV - 500 kV)
Perform protective relay testing (SEL, GE, Basler, Beckwith) with Omicron or Doble test sets
Execute CT/PT verification, relay calibration, control scheme testing, and dynamic/static testing
Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and logic diagrams; produce detailed field reports
Support Project Leads/Field Supervisors and manage clerical/project documentation
What You Bring:
5+ years in substation field testing (breakers, transformers, instrument transformers, P&C systems)
Proficiency with relay families: SEL-311L, SEL-387, SEL-487, SEL-421, SEL-351S, GE L90/D60, etc.
Experience with NETA, IEEE, NFPA, and related standards

Leidos is seeking an Electronics Engineer to join the National Airspace System Integration Support Contract (NISC IV) Team. This position will support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Communications Engineering Center in Anchorage, AK.
Primary Responsibilities:
The NISC IV program at Leidos is seeking Electronics Engineers to work in the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Regional Office in Anchorage, AK.
The Electronics Engineers will provide electronics engineering support to the FAA Anchorage Communications Engineering Center with project engineering, management and planning for Legacy Infrastructure Future Technologies (LIFT) program related projects such as NEXCOM Radios, Air-to-Ground Protocol Converter and Airport Cable Loop, and other National Airspace System (NAS) modernization projects.
Routine tasks may include:
Provide electronics engineering support for various LIFT related electronics projects and other NAS modernization projects throughout the FAA Western Service Area (WSA).
Provide engineering system design packages for installation including communications equipment, radar automation equipment, control and monitoring equipment, and weather communication equipment.
Prepare transition plans, testing plans, and training plans, and coordinate the implementation of transition plan elements with all affected stakeholders.
Assist in preparing Draft project scope agreements and project schedules.
Analyze project business and feasibility components from an engineering perspective and provide recommendations.
Prepare engineering risk assessments, and provide recommendations and proposals of actions or improvements to mitigate potential risks resulting from site, facility, and project/program changes.

Required Qualifications:
Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience OR Master's with 2+ years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of relevant experience may be accepted / considered in lieu of degree.
Systems engineering experience integrating electronics components/systems together.
4+ years' work experience in electrical and/or electronic engineering.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance Suitability (To be eligible for Public Trust Security Clearance, one must be either a U.S. Citizen OR a U.S. Permanent Resident/Green Card holder who has resided in the U.S.A for the past 3 years of the past 5 years consecutively with no breaks).
Preferred Qualifications:
