Strong working knowledge of standard plant industrial instrumentation including pressure and temperature transmitters, sensors, control valves, etc. Ability to read and understand standard electrical schematic and one-line drawings and vendor equipment manuals. Experience with electrical distribution, arc flash prevention, MCCs, Starters, AC & DC motors and control circuits. Process Safety Management experience and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) preferred (High Hazard Process/Low Hazard Operations). Experience in Rockwell equipment including CLX PLCs and PowerFlex drives preferred. Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets.
