Your Opportunity as the Lead Engineer, Controls (full time, exempt) Provide key leadership with regard to power and control systems, equipment specification and maintenance, proper operation, technician development, troubleshooting and repair to achieve or exceed reliability targets the plant. Strong working knowledge of standard plant industrial instrumentation including pressure and temperature transmitters, sensors, control valves, etc. Ability to read and understand standard electrical schematic and one-line drawings and vendor equipment manuals. Experience with electrical distribution, arc flash prevention, MCCs, Starters, AC & DC motors and control circuits. Process Safety Management experience and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) preferred (High Hazard Process/Low Hazard Operations). Experience in Rockwell equipment including CLX PLCs and PowerFlex drives preferred. Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
