Requirements: • Have a security clearance - SECRET • Be a graduate of an accredited Engineering college curriculum (four [4]-year degree minimum AND have a minimum of six (6) years of Design Management and/or Design experience performing tasks identified herein. • It is highly desirable to have their U.S. Professional Engineering Registration (P.E.) in the discipline being hired (i.e. mechanical design technical support requires a mechanical engineering license) but not required. • Have demonstrated knowledge of broad-based Engineering principles and versed in the discipline being hired. • Sound understanding of technical concepts, principles and practices applicable to multidisciplined engineering project design. • Have demonstrated experience with the following: o Performing facilities electrical engineering design to include design calculations to size electrical services, service transformers, and secondary power distribution systems; calculations to size overcurrent devices, disconnect switches, and branch circuits and feeders; lighting calculations, lighting layouts, and specifying of light fixtures; develop drawings using AutoCAD and editing product specifications. Well versed with the National Electric Code. • Have demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing. • Have demonstrated experience in preparing correspondence, written reports, and in briefing management personnel. • Provide satisfactory proof of U.S. citizenship. (U.S. or naturalized). • Have demonstrated experience in the use and application of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), AutoCAD and/or Revit, etc. Have the ability to adapt to new software such as eCMS, MS Teams and Zoom may also be necessary. • Complete the SF-85-P, Questionnaire for Public Trust Positions. This task order shall establish necessary base/building access requirements.
