Key Responsibilities

Job Purpose
The ElectricalEngineer is responsible for supporting both new installations and the ongoing reliability of existing systems across company facilities. This role collaborates closely with project engineers to design and implement electrical, power, and control systems for capital projects. In addition, the engineer works with plant and maintenance managers to troubleshoot and repair existing electrical and control systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Main Responsibilities
Capital Project Support: Develop electrical, power, and control designs for equipment related to capital projects. Assist in project budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessments. In coordination with the project manager, oversee installation, budgeting, and startup of electrical and control systems for new equipment. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet project.

In this role, you will lead a team and interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate the engineering technical aspects for complex projects. You will participate in project planning, proposal review, and will own the engineering elements of capital estimates. Your technical guidance and recommendations will ensure engineering aspects meet project requirements and remain within scope and budget.
