Guerdon LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Designer to join our modular team in Boise, Idaho. We are looking for an individual to work alongside our design team in creating construction shop drawings for our in-house manufacturing team. Responsibilities: Utilize Revit drawing platform to generate all shops. Coordinate with outside contractors, engineers, architects to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable building codes Work closely with our in-house electricians and manufacturing team. Develop shop drawings for general power, lighting, and alarm systems. Be a key player in supporting our design/drafting team to strive for continuous improvement Requirements: Associates degree/diploma in drafting preferred 5 years' related work experience 2 years of experience of BIM modeling software Revit is desired but not required Strong understanding of electrical systems and good working knowledge of National Electrical Codes (NEC) Proficient with general Microsoft Office software and PDF (Bluebeam).
