The Role: Lead the design of Low Voltage switchgear, creating detailed elevation drawings, schematics, and Bills of Materials (BOM). Collaborate across departments to oversee projects from initial sales specification through to manufacturing and functional testing. Drive innovation by implementing new ideas and best practices within a rapidly growing engineering department. The Person: 3+ years of experience in Electrical Design, specifically within power distribution (Switchgear/Switchboards). Strong technical understanding of circuitry, breakers, and controls. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
