Responsibilities
Lead the architectural definition and design of complex mixed-signal ICs from concept through production release
Participate in design optimization for power, performance, and area, and ensure compliance with rigorous quality standards.
Additionally, you will provide technical guidance to junior engineers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions and deliver successful products to market.
Work with digital design and design verification teams on block and system integration and verification at the chip level
Coordinate with product definition, applications, and test engineering to define requirements and oversee the transition of new products from concept to production release
Assess and resolve complex integrated circuit issues in the laboratory
Education and Experience Requirements:
M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, 7+ years CMOS IC design experience
Familiar with high-gain/low-noise amplifiers, switching regulator circuits, comparators, integrators, voltage references, LDOs, ADCs and DACs
Excellent written/verbal communication; strong cross-team collaboration
Manage layout and post-layout simulations
