Akkodis is seeking a seasoned ASIC Layout Design Engineer to join our clients RF Analog ASIC Development team. This is a 9-month contract with possible extension or conversion to direct hire, The project is focused on spinning an existing ADB converter design. • Proficient in broadband RF/high-speed layout, sensitive RF analog matching, and parasitic
minimization.

• Skilled in efficient chip, block, and cell floor planning and signal path optimization.
• Strong understanding of: Electromigration, Well-proximity and length-of-diffusion effects,
Common-centroid matching.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Our co-ops build industry competitive skills in a hands-on environment, all while working on a team, and being trained by Professional Engineers in AutoCAD and Revit. The skills our co-ops learn allow them to create real construction drawings for real CMTA projects.

About the RoleThe Principal Electrical Test Engineer role involves overseeing the design, development, modification, and evaluation of highly complex electrical components and systems . Active Secret Clearance (minimum).
Demonstrated experience with spacecraft programs across Class A (e.g., high-reliability, long-duration missions) and Class C (e.g., lower-cost, shorter-duration missions).
Proven expertise in medium to high-rate production environments, with a focus on efficient and scalable testing processes.
Strong knowledge of electrical test equipment, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power supplies, and data acquisition systems.
Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages, including COSMOS, Python, and LabVIEW.
Deep understanding of spacecraft command and control architecture and appropriate test methods.
Experience tailoring SMC-S-016 standards to meet program-specific requirements.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex test data.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
