Knowledge Contribution: Develop white papers and technical design documentation for new or special case designs, and submit technical papers for publication in journals.

Client Engagement: Meet with current and potential clients to review their design needs and provide technical guidance.
Industry Visibility: Attend conferences and symposia to enhance the visibility of the firm's products and services.
Primary Contact: Act as the main point of contact for external clients and industry contacts, collaborating with clients and government officials to clarify technical questions.
Project Updates: Provide updates to project management as necessary.

Garver's growing Electrical team is seeking an Electrical Designer in our Rogers, Arkansas office that will be responsible for working with our staff on a wide array of facility, building, and airport-related design, construction, project administration, and client management services for a variety of clients. General responsibilities will include electrical design and construction support as required for a variety of projects. Many of the expected assignments will be related to developing infrastructure improvements to facilities, including the investigation, planning, design, and construction of electrical power, lighting, controls, communications, and other special systems.
