A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering (electrical design focus). Proficiency in AutoCAD, with Revit experience a plus. Experience in designing electrical systems for various projects (education, government, retail, etc.) Knowledge of LEED certification practices (LEED accreditation is a benefit) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) A passion for sustainability and problem-solving. The ability to collaborate effectively within a team. A valid US driver's license. Physical fitness to navigate job sites (climbing ladders, stairs, etc.)

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field (preferred). 2-10+ years of electrical design experience within the MEP consulting industry. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD; SKM and/or ETAP a plus. Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical design fundamentals. Ability to interpret construction documents and develop detailed electrical designs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. EIT/PE license or pursuit of licensure is a plus Key Responsibilities Design electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, emergency/standby power, UPS systems, grounding, and fire alarm. Prepare electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, load calculations, panel schedules, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD. Perform short-circuit, voltage drop, conductor sizing, and arc-flash analysis (SKM/ETAP preferred). Coordinate designs with mechanical, plumbing, architectural, and structural disciplines. Review submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings for accuracy and compliance with NEC and project requirements. Participate in client meetings, site surveys, field investigations, and construction administration tasks. Ensure designs meet applicable codes (NEC, NFPA, IBC), local jurisdiction requirements, and project standards. Support senior engineers and project managers with design development and project delivery.
