The Building Electrical Group is responsible for all building electrical systems including lighting, fire protection and low voltage for our design build, industrial projects. We design and build food and beverage production facilities. Our building electrical team is involved with designing the electrical systems, calculating power loads, determining, and selecting equipment sizes, and vetting and selecting suitable vendors, suppliers, and sub-contractors. What you'll do * Prototype and build Proof-of-Concepts * Test and evaluate lighting fixtures and various critical electrical/mechanical components * Write ECNs (Engineering Change Notice) to document changes to products * Support post-sales technical issues and resolve quality issues related to components or manufacturing; troubleshoot field related technical issues * Write executive summaries to communicate issues and resolutions to management * Coordinate with manufacturing and implement factory tests What you'll need * Currently in pursuit of a Bachelors' or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering * Demonstrate basic electrical design approaches and capabilities * Have basic knowledge of electrical circuits and components * Be able to multitask Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
