Position Overview: Busek is seeking a Senior Electrical Test Engineer to lead and execute the testing and validation of electronic systems used in space propulsion. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, conduct, and analyze tests that ensure the performance, reliability, and safety of our hardware. Key Responsibilities: Lead setup, execution, and analysis of tests on electronic hardware, including circuit boards and spacecraft power systems. Use lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, and other instrumentation to collect and interpret data. Develop and refine test procedures, documenting results for internal engineering and external customer reviews. Troubleshoot complex electronics, test setups, and anomalies in collaboration with engineering teams. Support environmental and functional testing, including vibration, thermal vacuum, and EMI/EMC testing. Mentor junior engineers and lab technicians in best practices for testing and documentation. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in hardware testing, validation, or related roles.
