We are seeking a highly meticulous and experienced Electrical, Electronic, and Electromechanical (EEE) Parts Engineer to provide critical component assurance for our advanced Laser Communications Program. The individual will serve as the technical authority on component selection, standardization, and reliability, ensuring all parts meet stringent program, military, and space standards for mission-critical hardware. Key Responsibilities Component Selection and Standardization Develop and maintain component requirements, specifications, and screening processes tailored for high-reliability, space-qualified, or military-grade hardware used in Laser Communication Systems.
