Develop and execute equipment testing procedures including interpretation of relay logic diagrams, electrical schematics and protective relay programs. Complete technical reviews of all project work product to ensure it conforms to industry codes, client standards, and MSB quality standards. Establish and maintain clear channel of frequent communication with the client and address any questions or concerns related to projects. Provide project status updates including budget and schedule to team and clients. Work with Department Manager and Team Leads to identify resource expectations and project progress. Support and foster professional development of department staff through mentoring, continuing education and training. Participate in technical societies and associations representing MSB. Experience in project scope development, estimating and execution. Education: 10+ years engineering experience in technical field and with industries similar to company client base (petrochemical, refining, midstream and marine industries), preferred. Professional Engineer License (PE) in Louisiana, preferred.
