Minimum of 1- 3 years of experience in electrical system design, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering consulting environment, preferred. Experience with CAD platforms such as AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical, or Altium Designer. Familiarity with circuit simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB). Previous work involving power distribution, control panels, or machine control systems preferred. Technical Skills Knowledge of electrical design principles and practices. Understanding of industry codes and standards (IEC, NEC, UL). Experience with system integration and control networks (PLC, HMI, etc.) is a plus. Ability to interpret and redline electrical blueprints. Proficiency in documentation and version control practices. Other Requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The Electrical Engineer - Power Systems performs electrical power systems studies and analysis for industrial and utility clients. Utilizing industry standard analysis software (ETAP, SKM, etc.), the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to create study cases, analyze results, and provide detailed written reports. A strong fundamental understanding of industrial and utility power systems and calculation methods is required.
