EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Minimum B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology. SKILLS: Proficiency in control system theory and experience with PLC programming, graphic and HMI development and implementation. Full time hours from mid-May to mid-August 2026 Responsibilities: Assist R&D Engineers to apply engineering methodologies and concepts using tools in the development of new and current hardware solutions to include analysis & simulation, modeling, creations of drawings, troubleshooting and debugging. Also assist with process improvement and design verification activities. Qualifications: Must be a current student enrolled in an engineering degree program (preferably sophomore and above) Electrical Engineering majors Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication Problem-solving skills required Excellent analytical skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Demonstrated initiative and leadership skills Capability to develop and conduct electrical tests to include troubleshooting Skilled in MS applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint #onsite #LI-AZ1 Why Roanoke, Virginia?
