Keeps company-provided installation & service equipment and vehicles operating by following operating instructions to meet job duty requirements. Updates job knowledge by completing re-certification, participating in educational opportunities, and reading technical publications. Provides technical support for outside sales missions by completing related tasks as needed by area sales representatives. Skills and Qualifications: Customer service orientation, professionalism, exemplary ethical conduct, technical understanding, system administration, problem-solving, communications Must be mature, dependable, and thorough Experience with any SCADA applications and HMI software (Ignition, VTScada, Wonderware, and iFix). Experienced with Allen-Bradley, Modicon, SCADAPack, Siemens, and GE PLCs. This is a remote role, located in Fort Worth, Texas with 50% travel.
