REQUIREMENTS Experience in mechanical or electrical patent prosecution, preferably in a law firm setting. State bar admission in good standing. Registration to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Experience with post-grant proceedings before the USPTO preferred. Diligence experience required. Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, or related scientific disciplines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
