Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
5 years minimum professional Electrical Engineering experience, required. Industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Experience with preventive maintenance and maintenance management of electrical equipment related to a large industrial facility, such as MCCs, VFDs, transformers, power lines, Large AC and DC motors, DC generators, etc.
Experience with Industrial Control products (PLC, VFD, DCS and HMI).
Ability to interpret and create ladder logic diagrams, logic diagrams, process flow diagram and electrical schematics.
Basic understanding of Hydraulics and Pneumatics.
Able to assimilate and embrace change.
Safety minded.
Knowledge of Cement process and lab instrumentation a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and reasoning skills; strong supervisory skills.

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Develop, train, and provide technical support to less experienced CNC Operators.
Responsible for quick turnaround support and manufacture of architectural metal products.
Develop machining processes and programs for the manufacturing of products in multiple-axis machining centers interfacing with the Director/Manager along with production personnel.
Analyze part drawings, sketches, and design data to determine dimension and configuration of cuts, selecting cutting tools, and machine speeds and feeds, according to knowledge of machine shop processes. Perform debugging and testing of CNC programs in the machining centers.
Collaborate and advise the design team on design for manufacturability.
Develop and maintain CNC programs of multiple-axis machining centers using an advanced three-dimensional programming CAD/CAM system.
Write instruction sheets and tool lists to guide the set-up and operation of the machining centers.
Aid in the training of production operators on the use of new CNC machine control and tools.

The base pay range for this position is $105,600.00 - 140,700.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
