What You Will Need * Master's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline. * Demonstrable interest in teaching and mentoring. * Ability to work within an established course/curriculum structure. * Proficiency in communicating technical information in written and spoken English. * Demonstrable commitment to promoting and enhancing the diversity and excellence of the academic community. What We Would Like You to Have * PhD Civil Engineering or closely related discipline. * Experience in teaching lab-based courses at the college or university level. * Experience with remote and online teaching. * Experience with course management tools such as Canvas. * Experience developing instructional materials for online or hybrid courses. * Experience supervising undergraduate and graduate assistants.
