Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred. • 5-10 years of experience estimating in environmental remediation, industrial services, or heavy civil construction. • Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., EPA, OSHA, RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA). • Proficiency with estimating tools and software (e.g., HeavyBid, Excel, Bluebeam, RSMeans). • Familiarity with scopes such as soil excavation and treatment, tank removal, industrial cleaning, demolition, and hazardous material handling. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
