Summary:
As a Foreman you will be responsible for leading a team on a wide range of project types and locations. These projects may include but are not limited to new construction, remodels, additions, conduit, MC cable, and Romex depending on how the jobs are quoted.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess the project status at any given juncture as it relates to labor and materials.
Daily morning huddles prior to job commencing to ensure entire team understands objectives and priorities for the day.
Provide long term material projections so that the purchases orders are minimal, and materials are available days before needed.
Ensure proper tools and resources are on-site within appropriate timeline. Ensure resources (bobcats, trenchers, benders, etc.) do not linger on-site and are returned in timely manner.
Ensure employees are appropriately handling and caring for resources and has an effective system for coordinating and monitoring the same.
Timely follow up on conversations you've had with GCs with your PM as applicable.
Timely communication of change orders to your PM for processing.
Ensure accurate use of BusyBusy for clocking in and out, with an eye to appropriate reflection of time actually worked.
Identify opportunities for improvement, solve problems in the face of frustration or confusion and empower others to do the same.
Ensure team is equipped to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Carefully review project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager.
Ensure that Daily Log Forms, weekly toolbox talks, as well as daily site safety check lists are completed.
Provide servant leadership and coaching to all field staff and teammates
Develop skills and capabilities of team, with a particular focus on lead journeyman and top talent apprentices.

The Residential Helper position is a very physically demanding job. Helpers assist drivers with providing safe, courteous, and complete waste removal for customers.
Responsibilities of Position:
Provide waste or recycling removal services to customers on assigned route(s) by emptying trash/recycling receptacles (weighing up to 75 pounds each from the ground approximately 300-500 times per day) into truck in a safe and compliant manner
