The primary cities in our market are Jacksonville, Gainesville, Tallahassee and South Florida. Our main office is in Jacksonville with satellite offices in Tallahassee and South Florida.

We provide mechanical and electrical services, building automation, HVAC equipment and parts to the commercial building space. Our clients include office buildings, healthcare, K-12 and higher education, government, and industrials. We maintain, repair, and extend the life of the most expensive systems in their buildings that also consumes about 75% or more of the energy budget, which is typically their largest controllable operating expense.   • Minimum of high school diploma/GED.
  • 1-3 years of experience in electrical and controls equipment and troubleshooting and repair.
  • Acceptable proof of competent experience.
  • Any factory authorized training or trained by major manufacturer-not required, but preferred.
  • Other technical experience such as military, on-the-job training programs, etc. may meet these requirement as determined by management.
  • Knowledge of National Electric Code, NFPA 70e and EM 385 a plus.
  • Knowledge of Fluke, Dent Logging tools for commissioning a plus.
  • Understanding of Word and Excel needed.

**Responsibilities**

* Load and troubleshoot programs for proper operation of equipment, including PLC programming and troubleshooting\.

* Perform continuity and power checks, as well as troubleshooting of mechanical and hydraulic issues in production\.

* Analyze various types of circuits, wiring diagrams and drawings to install, repair, adjust, calibrate, modify, and service various types of electrical equipment\.
