- Bachelor's degree in related engineering discipline (Electrical, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, etc.) required.
- 7+ years of experience required.
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use engineering software for collaboration and time management, including spreadsheets
- Experience with product and process improvement
- Strong time management and analytical skills
- Firm understanding of complex engineering and mathematical concepts
- Proven leadership skills
