Timely follow up on conversations youve had with GCs with your PM as applicable. Timely communication of change orders to your PM for processing. Ensure accurate use of BusyBusy for clocking in and out, with an eye to appropriate reflection of time actually worked. Identify opportunities for improvement, solve problems in the face of frustration or confusion and empower others to do the same. Ensure team is equipped to deliver projects on time and on budget. Carefully review project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager. Ensure that Daily Log Forms, weekly toolbox talks, as well as daily site safety check lists are completed.
