Job Description:
The successful candidate will be based in Welcome, NC, and help design and troubleshoot electrical control systems in manufacturing equipment and facilities. Will be responsible for understanding and safely working with electrical systems including PLC, Motion Control, Servo, Motor Control, Drives, and HMI's. Travels to multiple plant sites throughout the US and Canada.
Basic Qualifications
General knowledge of PLCs, Motion Controllers, and Motor Controls including Motor Starters, Variable Frequency, AC/DC Drives, Network Systems, and HMI's.Excellent technical and operational, and project management knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment and systems within manufacturing environments Industrial electrical hands-on experience and troubleshooting, including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24VDC systems Ability to oversee building/wiring electrical control panels, test and debug systems Ability to read and interpret CAD layouts, parts lists, electrical circuitry diagrams, and drawings.Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Strong organizational skills; attention to detail Working knowledge of computer systems and personal computers Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite applications - Work, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Responsibilities
• Prepare effective work plans and man-hour budgets for approval by Department Manager.
• Monitor time schedules and capital cost budgets on projects to satisfy the client as well as control work and productivity.
• Responsible for the quality control/quality assurance process on all assigned projects.
• Oversee the work and productivity on assigned projects.
• Strive to achieve predetermined goals for profit, productivity targets, and schedule of deliverables.
• Participates in formulating and coordinating proposals and provides other Marketing support, including Business Development.
• Identify the project team, work packages and tasks, evaluation methods, productivity targets, schedule of deliverables and man power needed on projects.
• Hold team meetings ensuring procedures governing review and approval of projects are followed prior to submission of completed work.
• Negotiate with clients on any scope changes relative to project budgets and schedules subject to supervisors' approval.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with all employees involved in the project to ensure high utilization rates (i.e. Project team meetings).
• Review monthly man-hour and cost reports to ensure projects are being completed at the pre-determined goal.

• Prepare for and present when expert testimony is required for public hearings and other presentations.
• Works efficiently with the Billing Department to authorize and transmit bills to client. Follows up with clients for timely payments.
Qualifications
• Education: BSEE required, MSEE Preferred
• Experience: 10+ years
• Power transmission / distribution and substation design experience preferred
• Licensure/Certifications: Professional licensure in related field, Valid driver's license preferred
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D or other job related software
• Aptitude to learn, apply and teach others technical skills and knowledge
• Excellent time management, delegation and organizational skills

Offers full range of commercial and industrial installations including manufacturing, office/tenant finish, warehousing, corporate, retail, industrial, educational, renovation, site lighting, cold storage and other special projects.
They are now hiring an Electrical Project Manager for the Atlanta, GA or Greenville, SC areas. This will be a direct hire opportunity with M/V/D, 401K, PTO, Company vehicle or monthly allowance with a fuel card. Will be working M-F, 40+ hours a week.
