Principal duties and responsibilities:
The Maintenance Electrician reports to the Maintenance Manager.
Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical circuits.
Support the daily production activities by installing, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining electrical equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics and parts specifications.

## **Job Summary**
The Service Electrician is primarily responsible for installing and or repairing any electrical issues within Expand operations\.
## **Job Duties & Responsibilities**
The following represents many of the duties performed by the position but is not meant to be all inclusive nor present other duties from being assigned when necessary\.
+ Evaluates electrical problems and take corrective action
+ Make connections to fixtures and power equipment
+ Installation of control and distribution apparatus
+ Testing circuits to insure electrical compatibility and safety
+ Ordering of electrical parts used for equipment\.
+ Inspects installed equipment to ensure proper & safe operation
+ Follow all lock out / tag out procedures required by company policy
+ Required to regularly work overtime and be on call 24 hours per day
+ Required to travel to multiple areas in order to support all company interest
+ Requires frequent contact with other drilling personnel and external contact with vendors
## **Job Specific Skills**
+ Knowledge of basic electronics
+ Basic software knowledge
+ Knowledge of computer hardware maintenance
+ Troubleshooting electronic circuits
+ Operating test equipment
## **Education & Experience**
+ Minimum: two years of prior experience as an electrician
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
+ Associates degree in a related field or Technical Certificate required

Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate within a 60\-mile radius of the Mansfield Field Office \(1970 Highway 84, Mansfield, LA 71052\) to be considered for this position\.
