What You'll Do:
Accurately diagnose the cause of electrical problems, recommend options for repair or replacement to customers, price work in accordance with company policy, complete repairs after authorization is received, and complete all authorized service repairs with professionalism and service excellence.
Work with inspectors, suppliers and co-workers to ensure correct project work while abiding by all codes.
Listens to customer's concerns in regards the services provided and suggests proper treatments or solutions to address their concern.
Know and understand all applicable federal, state, and local codes and apply them in a practical manner on each job.
Carry out general Electrical skills such as reading diagrams and blueprints, running conduit and wire, installing devices, troubleshooting circuits, devices and equipment.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, CSRs and customers to ensure complete alignment at any time during the service repair or replacement process, including any issues, concerns, or outstanding items.
Work with and train coworkers which may be assigned to work with you.
Be available to serve periodic on-call rotation assignments (per schedule approved by service manager) necessary to ensure 24/7/365 coverage for customers.

Job Description
A Team Home Services is looking for a Apprentice Electrician to join our team. The Apprentice Electrician will be based in and around Austin, Texas and is responsible for providing on-site client installation, repairs, and maintenance.
The ideal candidate is prompt and reliable, has superior support skills and excellent communication. He/she will have a proven track record of client satisfaction and is motivated to provide superior service.
Responsibilities:
Support the client - Oversee all network services and perform tests on equipment and circuits. Troubleshoot issues and resolve any requests or concerns that come up in a timely manner. Perform tests to ensure systems are error-free. Maintain relationships with customers and follow company guidelines.
Equipment and service - Troubleshoot each problem and guide customers on how to properly use equipment. Create reports of customer service calls. Make suggestions for equipment upgrades while maintaining the current inventory, including vans and trucks.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (required)
Clean driving record and valid drivers license (required)
Pass a background and drug screening (required)
OSHA 10 - Construction Certification (preferred)
1-2 years experience as a licensed Apprentice Electrician
Ability to build strong relationships with the customer and display excellent communication skills
Ability to manage your workflow in a timely and consistent manner
Ability to lift to 55 pounds
Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
Computer skills including Microsoft office
Working knowledgeable about all safety requirements
Provide 3 references
Pay rate: $16/hr-$20/hr
