How It Works You receive work orders directly from us-no lead chasing, no marketing. Jobs come with “not-to-exceed” (NTE) limits (typically $150-$350) to complete minor residential repairs, ideally on the first trip. Larger jobs require an estimate prior to work. Mechanical trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair) are paid diagnostic trip fees of $65-$85, depending on complexity and trade.
