HVAC systems, including determining the frequency of PM and repair, reviewing logs as necessary, and escalating any problems or malfunctions with refrigeration, water cooling and air conditioning equipment; boilers, heating, ventilating and hot water equipment; pumps, valves, piping and filters; and related mechanical and electrical equipment. MHE (Material Handling Equipment), and Robotics, including electrical aspects of highly automated conveyor systems, to support a "One Team" environment that transcends electrical and mechanical responsibilities. In addition, this position: Ensures the availability of an adequate inventory of tools and other supplies to operate the building, including preparing and submitting purchase orders requests, developing sources for stock materials, and performing periodic checks of inventory levels and equipment conditions. Oversees the activities of contractors working within the building either as representatives of the building itself or tenants. Identifies safety hazards within the building and escalates remediation to ensure the building's staff and occupants work in a safe environment. Ensures compliance with regulatory laws and guidelines related to the operation of the building's infrastructure. Alerts management to discrepancies. Maintains all building infrastructure and compliance documentation including up-to-date building drawings and single lines as well as documentation mandated for the purpose of maintaining regulatory compliance with Federal, State or Local law. Ensure that the CFWA (Critical Facility Work Authorization) is a well-understood process among the building staff, engineers, tenants, and contractors who perform work on the building's critical infrastructure. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS : **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Install new equipment and assist outside vendors with new equipment installation and repair. + Ensure all work is completed in accordance with the National Electric Codes and OSHA. + Install single and 3-phase electrical circuits. + Install conduit and electrical panels. + Troubleshoot plant equipment consisting of burner controls, conveyor controls, HVAC systems, robots, hydraulics and other mechanical and electrical systems. + Make required alterations/modifications to equipment and systems. + Use Programmable Logic Controllers for troubleshooting. + Perform facility maintenance projects as assigned. + Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on systems, machinery, and equipment + Accurately complete paperwork required for maintenance records. + Follow all safety rules and regulations strictly and maintain a clean and orderly work area. + Participate in continuous improvement process. + Perform duties assigned by Supervisor/Lead. + Ability and willingness to work overtime as required and mandated by production schedules; "on-call" duty may be required over holidays and weekends. **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs. + Ability to bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat, and climb. + Stand and walk up to eight hours per day. + Work safely around moving equipment, power tools, and industrial vehicles. _It may be necessary to perform any of these functions up to twelve hours a day._ SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: + High School diploma or GED required. + AA or Technical Degree Required 2 yr. minimum. + Understanding of National Electric Codes. + Two years electrical experience in a manufacturing environment. + Display communication and leadership skills, both written and verbally. **Base Pay Range:** $24.06 - $28.75 Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Visa sponsorship will not be provided. To support basic plant operations through the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of all plant electrical systems and components. Duties And Responsibilities: Maintain and trouble shoot all electrical devices within the plant. Assist in new installation and upgrades of plant equipment. Provide primary service and operation of Pressco Camera and Ink Jet printer systems. Conduct process checks as required. Perform regular safety inspections to IBO and Washer ovens. Work with outside contractors to maintain the fire alarm system in proper working order. Maintain cleanliness of electrical shop and job sites, while practicing appropriate safety procedures. Assist and support other production floor operations as required. Properly complete all administrative tasks, including logbooks, data entry and record keeping. Performs other job-related duties as required or assigned. Minimum Requirements High School Education/GED required Experience and/or technical training, ability to demonstrate basic electrical skills in the areas of: Circuit checks for voltage and taking amp readings. D.C. devices, including power supplies, sensors and solenoids. A.C. magnetic controls, including related switches, relays and solenoids. Single and variable speed motors Transformers Servo motors, stepper motors, and drives Knowledge of OSHA Electrical Standard, Lock Out/Tag Out requirements and other safety procedures related to the job.
