What We're Looking For: Industrial Electrician background with strong PLC programming and troubleshooting experience. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. Hands-on experience with Siemens S7, TIA Portal, and drive/control technology. Familiarity with servos, drives, and process control systems. Comfortable using diagnostic tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.). Willingness to travel up to 75%. Ability to learn proprietary software and digital print systems (training provided). Physical ability to work in industrial environments (lifting 30 lbs, climbing ladders, working in hot/cold conditions). Nice to Have: Experience with Beckhoff, Bosch Rexroth IndraWorks DS, or E-Plan.
