Responsibilities
Installation of wiring, breakers, light packages, conduit, outlets, switchgear, high and medium voltage transformers, transfer switches, pipe bending, etc.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary fixes.
Follow engineering plans, drawings and instructions.
Verify work complies with applicable national and local electrical codes.
Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations, and maintain a safe and clean work area and tools.
Various other duties as required, directed, or assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
Current State of Florida Certified Electrician / Electrical Contractor license.
5+ years of experience as an electrician with industrial or manufacturing exposure.
Advanced knowledge of NEC and local codes.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience mentoring junior electricians.
Must pass drug test.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
Possess appropriate tools to perform job duties.
Physical Requirements

Position Summary
The Electrician Level 3 is a highly skilled professional responsible for executing electrical installations and ensuring compliance with project specifications, construction codes, and safety standards. Reporting to the Field Project Lead, this role requires a deep understanding of electrical systems and proficiency in various tasks, including reading and interpreting plans, conduit installation, power distribution, and lighting installation.
Electricians at this level typically have at least four years of field experience and have completed an accredited apprenticeship program. A Journeyman Electrician License is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical Installations
Perform conduit installation, including EMT, Rigid, PVC, and Flex conduits, both underground and overhead.
Install and terminate power distribution systems, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components.
Follow shop drawings to execute installations as instructed.
Ensure all installations are performed according to project specifications and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components as needed.
Plan Reading and Execution
Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, shop drawings, and construction plans.
Follow detailed instructions and execute work in alignment with project goals and schedules.
Verify accuracy and functionality of electrical systems against project plans.
Code Compliance and Safety
Maintain a thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and apply it to all work performed.
Ensure all installations and repairs meet or exceed industry standards and local regulations.
Follow all safety protocols and promote a culture of safety on-site.
Hold OSHA 10 certification and scissor lift certification.
Identify and report potential hazards to the Field Project Lead.

Provide input on material requirements and assist in managing tools and equipment.

Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.

Minimum Qualifications

* Possess a Brevard County Journeyman License or the ability to obtain within six (6) months of employment.
* Must possess a valid State of Florida Driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Responsibilities:
