Responsibilities SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Facilities Shift Manager, the incumbent adjusts repairs, troubleshoots and maintains electrical applications on and off-site. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures. * Performs all preventive maintenance on systems and maintains applicable log books. * Conducts walk-through inspections; lighting rounds of entire property. * Repairs electrical systems through out the property, including on and off-site facilities. * Replace light bulbs, ballasts, sockets, switches, GFI receptacles, and dimmers. * Understand basic electrical code as it applies to commercial facilities. * Records gauge / meter readings, repairs completed and time lost due to inoperative equipment. * Maintains technical logs and records all relevant data as appropriate. * Knowledge of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino's policies, procedures and schedules to insure minimal interruption to business operations and to prioritize projects appropriately. * Maintains tools, equipment and supplies in good, clean, operating order; monitors supplies. * Interfaces and coordinates with internal departments to schedule installations and repairs so as to cause minimal business interruption. * Maintains a clean, safe, work environment within area of responsibility. * Promotes positive public / employee relations at all times. * Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. * Knowledge of the Facilities Department Policies and Procedures Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Prolonged period of walking, reaching, climbing and moving / carrying weight of up to 100 lbs. Must be able to work in high places on ladders, and work around high voltage and fiberglass insulation.
