As an electrician you will be responsible to install, maintain and repair electrical power, communications, lighting, and control systems throughout the facility.
Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
Perform tasks from blueprints or technical diagrams, layouts, schematics and/or specifications;
Perform installations, maintenance and repair in functional areas;
Be able to define feed requirements and solutions for new equipment installations;
Install and maintain wiring, control and lighting systems;
Inspect, troubleshoot and isolate malfunctioning systems and equipment; and make repair repairs as necessary;
Test systems and equipment for efficiency and adherence to codes;
Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices including thermal imaging;
Repair or replace wiring equipment or fixtures using hand- and power-tools;
Provide occasional leadership, instruction and training to co-workers and others involved in assigned projects as needed;
Initiate improvements resulting in increased function efficiency, improved safety and cost savings.
You will also be able to:
Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electric Code and OSHA codes;
Work safely from ladders and scissor lifts as necessary;
Bend, stoop, crouch, reach and climb for extended periods of time as necessary;
Have manual dexterity to work with hand tools and handle small components.
You will hold, at minimum, a NH Journeyman Electrician license, with potential for growth to Master Electrical.

Specific Responsibilities:

As an electrician you will be responsible to install, maintain and repair electrical power, communications, lighting, and control systems throughout the facility.
Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
Perform tasks from blueprints or technical diagrams, layouts, schematics and/or specifications;
Perform installations, maintenance and repair in functional areas;
Be able to define feed requirements and solutions for new equipment installations;
Install and maintain wiring, control and lighting systems;
Inspect, troubleshoot and isolate malfunctioning systems and equipment; and make repair repairs as necessary;
Test systems and equipment for efficiency and adherence to codes;
Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices including thermal imaging;
Repair or replace wiring equipment or fixtures using hand- and power-tools;
Provide occasional leadership, instruction and training to co-workers and others involved in assigned projects as needed;
Initiate improvements resulting in increased function efficiency, improved safety and cost savings.
You will also be able to:
Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electric Code and OSHA codes;
Work safely from ladders and scissor lifts as necessary;
Bend, stoop, crouch, reach and climb for extended periods of time as necessary;
Have manual dexterity to work with hand tools and handle small components.
You will hold, at minimum, a NH Journeyman Electrician license, with potential for growth to Master Electrical.
