This role offers a competitive benefits package, with a base hourly rate ranging from $46.55 to $48.00 per hour, with an additional $3.00 per hour shift differential when assigned to the rotating shift schedule, along with profit share and gain share opportunities. The rotating shift follows a 12-hour schedule, alternating between days and nights every two weeks (7:00-7:00) on a 2-2-3 rotation. Electrical troubleshooting experience required. Ability to use standard test and troubleshooting equipment (DMM, VOM, Megger, etc.). Ability to troubleshoot with PLC's (Allen Bradley Control Logix). Strong industrial mechanical millwright experience/skills preferred. Must be willing to perform millwright duties as part of their regular job duties. Familiarity with the basic functions of a CMMS system preferred. Journey Level Electrician-01023480DescriptionWe have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Journey Electrician LMPJ / Journey Electrician/Millwright LMPJ at our Lebanon, Oregon operation. Key Functions: Manage the electrical systems in the operation. Install, repair, and troubleshoot all electrical systems in the operation. Effectively maintain communications with maintenance personnel and supervisors to safely and efficiently perform mill maintenance duties (reactive and preventive). May also assist with basic mechanical maintenance functions as needed. Weyerhaeuser provides an excellent total compensation and benefits package. Pay rate ranges from $36.83 (Dual Craft Journey Level LMPJ) to $39.89 (Dual Craft Master Maintenance LMPJ). Must be able to acquire licensing in the state of Oregon within six months of hire date.
