What You Will Enjoy Doing
Main Responsibilities:
Equipment installation and preventative maintenance:
o Set up proprietary ALPLA equipment
o Conduct regular preventive maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure
optimal functionality and prolong equipment lifespan.
o Perform adjustments to machinery as needed to enhance performance and
accommodate specific production requirements.
• Performs predictive maintenance:
o Utilize predictive maintenance methodologies, such as condition monitoring
and diagnostic tools, to identify potential issues before they lead to downtime
or production disruptions.
o Employ specialized technical knowledge to perform predictive maintenance
tasks, including assessing equipment health.
• Troubleshooting and repairs:
o Diagnose technical problems and malfunctions in molding machines using a
systematic approach to identify root causes accurately.
o Collaborate with technical experts and utilize troubleshooting techniques to
address routine issues effectively and efficiently.
o Execute repairs on molding machines, both independently and with technical
guidance, restoring equipment functionality promptly to minimize production
interruptions.
• Facility Maintenance Support
o Contribute to general facility maintenance tasks beyond equipment-specific
responsibilities.
o Assist in maintaining a safe and organized working environment by
addressing facility-related issues and supporting maintenance efforts in
shared spaces.
o Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure a well-maintained and
conducive production environment for seamless operations.

Position Overview:
This position requires industrial mechanical knowledge, some electrical, including but not limited to the responsibilities listed below. This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Skilled in the application and use of mechanical tools, hand tools, and power tools. 480v 3 phase knowledge required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and practice of NFPA 70E preferred.

This position is responsible for maintenance support and mechanical system operations for cGMP Clinical and Commercial Cell Therapy Manufacturing on a modified third shift. The role is on-site in Raritan, NJ, and follows a Wednesday through Saturday overnight schedule. It is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with conversion expected between 6 months to 1 year.
The Maintenance Technician will partner with various Technical Operations functions to support personalized cell therapy production through safe and compliant manufacturing operations in accordance with cGMP requirements. This individual will play a key role in the buildout and ramp-up of clinical production and facility approval for a state-of-the-art cell therapy facility, supporting commercial launch and sustained production.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, clean room HVAC, clean steam, cryogenic storage, and process equipment/systems.
Apply expertise in plumbing, pipefitting, millwright work, and mechanical systems.
Perform minor upgrades and installations of facilities and systems.
Conduct on-site equipment and critical utilities maintenance, including support for manufacturing equipment projects, cost improvements, asset management, and reliability.
Support facility project initiatives and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
Maintain required licensing and certifications.
Perform reactive, preventive, and predictive maintenance with journeyman-level expertise in at least one trade.
Read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and technical drawings.
Use CMMS systems and follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation, electrical systems, motors (up to 600V), and switchgear.
Operate and maintain building automation systems, PLCs, HMIs, and sensors.
Support quality events (Deviations, OOTs, Change Controls, RCA, FMEA).
Ensure compliance with FDA, EPA, OSHA, DEA, and TSA regulations.

Position Title: Industrial Electrician/Electronic Technician A
Plant Location: Bath, PA
Responsibilities:
· Understand and comply with all safety regulations, identify and correct safety hazards, participate in regular safety training, task training, and safety topic meetings, and cooperate with all external inspectors as necessary.
· Troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair electric and electronic circuits, equipment, controls, and instrumentation as needed.
· Interpret, understanding, and work from blueprints, wiring diagrams, sketches, charts, work orders, verbal instructions, and established practices to complete assigned repair jobs solving the repairs effectively.
· Install and modify electrical components and instruments.
· Inspect and service electrical motors, including bearing lubrication and replacement.
· Install power and control wiring including conduit and cable tray.
· Locate, repair, adjust, and calibrate electric and electronic recording, measuring, and indicating instruments with proficiency.
· Perform preventative maintenance on generators, traction motors, and related controls.
· Responsible for housekeeping and cleanup of work areas of assigned tasks.
· Responsible for documentation associated with job duties.
Requirements:
· Minimum three years hands on industrial electrical experience required.
· High school diploma required with specialized/trade-specific training, a plus.
· Successfully pass the electronic technical A test.
· Commitment to maintaining the highest standards for safety, environmental compliance, dependability, and professional workmanship.
· Able to work rotating shift schedule.
· Able to wear MSHA required safety equipment.
· Able to work in and exposed to dust, noise, extreme heat, and all types of weather conditions.
· Proper wear and use of respirator, when required.
· Able to climb steps, ladders, traverse walkways (including catwalks) and work at high elevations.
· Able to safely operate all mobile equipment which may result in jarring and vibratory exposure.
· Able to work in confined spaces and in awkward positions which require ability to twist, turn, bend, crouch, stoop, and kneel.
· Have good manual dexterity and be able to lift and handle tools and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
· Have good hearing and eyesight, including the ability to distinguish between colors.
· Able to perform PLC programming and troubleshooting is a plus.
